Tired of having to add 'gusto' to other sandwich shop offerings, Chef Peter McAndrews decided to open a shop of his own. With the help of partner Nathan Baynes, Paesano's quickly went from a hole-in-the-wall pretender to a multi-award winning contender. "It's like a dream come true," say both proud partners. "You start with this idea about how to make something better...then all the sudden boom! They say we're the Best of Philly, it's been very satisfying."
